Camp Bailey


Pre-Registration is required ($25/week & there is a 5 week minimum). We have a limited amount of space available, once we enroll our maximum amount we will be full. You can then be put on a waiting list and if we have space you will be contacted. Spots are only reserved by registration fee.

Payment Information:

  • ALL Camp tuition must be paid in-full before June 1, 2018 and must be paid by cash or check payable to Camp Bailey.
  • Drop-in Days may be available for $55 per day depending on availability. Payment must be dropped off at the office before dropping your child off in the Clubhouse.
  • Returned checks will be resubmitted and the check writer will be responsible for a $35 returned check fee. Checks returned a second time is grounds for dismissal from the program and the camper cannot return until payment is received in full.
  • Refunds/credits WILL NOT be issued. There are no fee reductions for absent/sick days.
  • If your camper is picked up after 5:31pm or later, a substantial late fee will be charged to your account. ($1.00 per minute per child).

Check In/Check Out & Absences:

  • It is imperative that we have parental cooperation in this area so your camper can be accounted for at all times.
  • Parents must sign their camper in and out every day. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate termination from the program without refund.
  • It is not permissible to drop your camper at the door.
  • Every parent needs to use their own 4 digit code to enter the building. This code will be granted to your family after enrollment.
  • Please call the office if your child will be absent on a day they are scheduled to attend. Parents can also message the office through the

  • Every parent should download the KidReports app (additional info included) to receive important notifications and reminders throughout the weeks. **This is our main form of communication. If parents can’t download the app on their smart phone, they can also go to

Drop-Off & Pick-Up:

  • Breakfast is served from 8:00-8:30am, so if campers would like to eat breakfast, they must be dropped off no later than 8:15am.
  • Due to field trips, campers should not be picked up before 3:00pm.

Discipline & Behavior Expectations:

  • Camp Rules are posted and set forth Camp Bailey’s expectations that each camper be respectful of other campers and camp leaders,
  • listen carefully, work & play safely, respect school & personal property, and follow directions.
  • Camp Bailey has the right to suspend and/or un-enroll any camper who cannot or does not adhere to Camp Rules.
  • When inappropriate behavior occurs we will do our best to: redirect behavior, discuss the problem with the child to determine the causes & help find ways to resolve it.
  • If the conflict remains, an incident report describing the behavior will be given to the parent. If a camper receives 3 incident reports, the child will be suspended effective at the end of the 3rd report. Parents will be required to meet with the Camp Director and camp leaders in order to determine conditions of reinstatement or permanent withdrawal from the program. If the camper is reinstated into the program and receives a 4th incident report, the camper’s enrollment will be terminated immediately.


  • Camp Bailey will provide breakfast & afternoon snack for all campers.

Breakfast:              Cereal w/milk & assorted fruit cups

Snack:                 Camper’s choice variety packs of chips or crackers & assorted fruit cups

Campers must bring a sack lunch each day. On field trip days, campers will eat lunches off campus so please keep that in mind when making lunches.

  • All summer program kids will need to bring a labeled sack lunch each day. Sack lunches must have ice packs if items need to be kept cold (a refrigerator will not be available due to field trips).
  • Please do not send anything that needs to be heated in the microwave.
  • Campers should have a labeled water bottle each day. Soda is not allowed.
  • If a camper forgets to bring their lunch, parents will not be allowed to drop off for the day until they get a lunch for their child. A sack lunch can be purchased from the LLPA cafeteria for $5.00.
  • Remember that we have campers with severe allergies. And thus LLPA Campus is a nut-free facility (PB&J not allowed).

What to Bring:                           LABEL EVERYTHING!!!

  • Every camper is required to have a backpack with the following:
  • Swimsuit, towel & water shoes
  • Waterproof sunscreen
  • Water Bottle
  • Sack Lunch

What to Wear:

  • Camp Bailey shirts on field trip days (MWF). Camp shirts will be given to all campers during the first week of camp.
  • No Flip-Flops!

What NOT to Bring:

  • Leave all toys, make-up, dolls, etc. at home
  • Camp Bailey is an electronic free zone. We do not allow cell phones, iPads, iPods, MP3 players, gaming devices, etc.
  • ALL valuables!
  • Camp Bailey shirts on field trip days (MWF). Camp shirts will be given to all campers during the first week of camp.
  • No Flip-Flops!

Lost & Found:

  • We will collect lost & found items on a daily basis. It is the camper’s responsibility to check the lost & found for misplaced items.
  • Camp Bailey is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Field Trips:

  • LLPA has their very own school bus for school field trips, Holiday Club, Summer Camp Bailey, and upcoming ‘After School Care’ for select
  • Fayetteville & Springdale public schools!
  • Signed activities release is required to attend any field trip.
  • If campers bring extra money, it must be in an envelope labeled with the child’s name and left in the child’s backpack. Camp Bailey is not responsible for lost or stolen money.
  • The same BEHAVIOR GUIDELINES are enforced on field trips as at camp. Campers who cannot adhere to the rules on trips are subject to the following consequences: parent called to pick up camper from the field trip (regardless of the location), suspension from one or more field trips, un-enrollment from camp.
  • Field trips may have to be modified due to weather or scheduling, in which case, no refunds will be given.


  • Each camper will be assigned to a team during the first week of camp. After teams are assigned, campers will receive camp shirts.
  • Each team of 10-12 campers will have a Camp Counselor for the entire 10 week program.
  • A staff to child ratio of 1:15 is maintained to assure individual attention and proper supervision for campers.
